```Duties```
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the floor
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and mentor floor staff on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Ensure the floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Oversee cashiering activities and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new floor staff
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement budgeting plans for the floor
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for budgeting purposes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and pricing discussions
