Restaurant Floor Supervisor

Lorne Park, Mississauga.

We are seeking an experienced Leader to join our team at The Park. The restaurant will be open for dinner service only and will specialize in grilling and cooking meats to perfection. The ideal candidate need to have leadership skills, accountability and able to lead by example, as well as a warm and friendly demeanor with a gift for interacting with people. Wine knowledge is a plus. This is a part-time position including nights and weekends with Sundays off.

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
