```Duties```
-Working Manager Role - expected to work serving shifts and oversee service for both guest and employees.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house area, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining areas, restrooms, and entryways

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage service is a plus
- Understanding of hospitality operations is beneficial
