We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As a counter clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be taking orders, processing payments, and serving Food and Beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Prepare and serve Food and Beverages to guests, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, including condiments, napkins, and utensils.
- Monitor and manage the availability of food items, restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth order preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, seeking assistance from a manager when necessary.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
