We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Food and Beverage operations. This includes managing the kitchen, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
- Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for menu updates or changes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
