```Duties``` - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department - Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of events and functions - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all Food and Beverage areas - Develop and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Knowledge of food preparation techniques, beverage service, and bartending - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
