Food And Beverage Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take orders and serve orders promptly and accurately

- Provide recommendations on food selections based on guest preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area

- Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and ensure responsible service

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience is preferred

- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Must be at least 18 years old (or legal drinking age in the respective jurisdiction)

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
