Food Preparation And Customer Service

MUST BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT SUMMER 2024

Responsibilities:

- Gluten free cooking with many recipes being dairy free and vegan
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces , as well as, packaging and labelling food.
- Operate kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing Food preparation surfaces
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and staff
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service

Skills:

* Must have 1 year of kitchen + cooking experience * Must have 1 year customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure food is cooked properly and presented attractively
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

*Must already live in Canmore, with own accommodation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
