- Operating Food Production and packaging equipment with the objective of producing consistent and high-quality product.
- Completion of daily production reports and quality checks.
- Capable of directing a team of Labourers and Operators along a production line; training, motivating and encouraging others to perform their best.
- Enforce strong GMPs in the production room.
- Adjusting the machines and placement of Labourers to ensure maximum production and quality.
- Reporting breakdowns or machine deficiencies to the Supervisors.
- We will train you on how to handle cleaning chemicals, equipment and how to professionally clean the rooms and equipment used each day.
- Completion of daily cleaning and sanitizing of production rooms/equipment/kitchens.
- Operating and maintaining floor cleaning machines.
- Detailed completion of sanitation paperwork including daily paperwork, swab records, and titration records.
- Maintaining a clean and functional chemical room.
- Assisting with any outstanding Janitorial tasks.
