We are a bubble tea shop operating in Regina, mainly offering high quality bubbletea, fruit tea, ice cream, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of barista who prepare, portion and serve food;
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
- Establish work schedules and procedures;
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
- Train new barista in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures and assess their performance;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
- May participate in the selection of barista and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets;
- May perform the same duties as the barista, etc.

Experience: At least one-year related experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $525.00-$600.00 per week
