Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time (Part-time available)
Wage: $15.00 / hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefit: 15 days paid vacation or 5.77% of gross pay

Job Duties:
- Prepare timetables, and establish working schedules of employees.
- Check and order ingredients and supplies required.
- Maintain food and service quality.
- Responsible for keeping stocks and ingredients fresh.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and assign activities to employees who prepare and serve food.
- Train kitchen staffs who prepare and serve food in job duties, food safety regulations and procedures.
Requirement:
Education: Completion of High school
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR completion of a community college program in Food Service administration, hotel and restaurant management are required.
