We are looking for the right individuals to join our growing team.
Position: Food Truck Cook / Driver
Pay: $20- 23/hr + tips. (avg. $3-4/hr)
Hours: 2 X Full-Time Positions (40hrs / week)
- 10hr shifts X 4 days per week
- Rotating weekends off (some weekends at special events)
- Available to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food in a safe, timely manner
- Drive, stock, setup, clean, and operate a Food Truck
- Oversee the daily operation of the Food Truck
- Work special events as needed
- Prep cooking, washing dishes, loading and unloading supplies,
- Customer Service
- Cash handling / POS
Skills:
- Previous kitchen experience.
- Previous driving experience, especially with large vehicles.
- Work well alone and with teams of up to four other people in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills
- Initiative
- Self-motivated
- Leadership abilities
Requirements:
- Minimum five years previous kitchen experience (sous chef, line cook, etc.)
- Clean driving record (preferred experience driving a large vehicle)
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Clean criminal record check must be provided upon hiring
