Kitchen Supervisor/Line Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment while leading the line. Duties:

-Lead the line by board calling and communicating with the staff.

-Work closely with the kitchen manager to maintain a consistent flow.
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Assist with food handling and storage to maintain freshness and quality
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help with other tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
