Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to call the line and ensure a consistent flow.
- Work closely with the kitchen manager to maintain standards.
- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in the preparation of food when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to kitchen staff
