Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Antrim Truck Stop. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
