Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Trebley Warehousing was established in 1953 and has been a leading third-party warehouse for over 60 years, providing services to clients from all over North America. We specialize in storage and handling of products on behalf of our industry leading clients ranging from coffee beans to plywood to everything in between.

We are currently seeking an experienced operator to join our team. Your function as a forklift operator would include loading and unloading rail cars, containers and trailers. This position also requires manual product handling and occasional lifting of heavy product.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading trailers
• Setting and removing dunnage from containers/railcars
• Operating a lift truck
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Order picking and material handling in the warehouse

Qualifications

• 1+ years forklift experience
• External forklift certification

• Clamp truck experience an asset
• Barcode scanner use an asset
• Great communication skills
• Punctual and hardworking personality

Job Duties:

• Load and unload trucks
• Move and stack materials
• Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed
• General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
• Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures
