Salary- Greeting Guests and Welcoming them to the Hotel
- Creating & Modifying Reservations
- Checking Guests In & Out
- Answering incoming calls at the Front Desk
- Assist guests with any requests they may have
- Resolving guest issues to the best of your ability
- Ensure a professional manner at all times
- Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and services
- Assist other departments as necessary
- Maintain a cash float throughout your shift
- **MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS**
- LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO FILL A 12 HOUR SHIFT ROTATION OF 8AM-8PM EACH SCHEDULED SHIFT WITH ROTATING WEEKENDS OFF.
