Then, you could be who we are looking for to join our wonderful team! We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant at the Aurora Inn in Kingston.

We are a 4-generational family business that has proudly been in our community for over 40 years. We take pride in giving our guests an “over and above” experience. We want them to know they have had the best of Annapolis Valley hospitality when they leave.

We are seeking a determined, no excuses team player to join us. We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration so you feel confident and successful in your role.

Jobs include but are not limited to:

Accurate and Timely check-in and check-out of hotel guests

Comply with check-in and check-out procedures for individual and group reservations

Perform Reservations duties, as required

Perform telephone duties, as required

Daily balancing of individual work, as well as maintaining a cash float

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Be empowered to solve a guest’s problem immediately to ensure guest satisfaction

Complete Daily Checklist

Ensure rooms security by maintaining effective key control and confidentiality.

Use tools such as daily logbook to communicate information.

Exceed guest expectations by ensuring we provide superior service and teamwork

This role provides opportunity for professional growth, education and mentorship with the possibility of ascension within the team leading to increased responsibilities and further career development.

Schedule:

• Availability needed during the week/weekends/days/nights

Salary: Hourly Rate Negotiable
