Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly - Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management Experience: - Previous experience working at the Front Desk of a hotel or similar customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to guests - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests during their stay.
