SalaryOur boutique Spa in trendy West Queen West is looking for a part time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.
Previous customer facing experience is an asset. Basic computer skills are required and the ability to learn new software.
You will be required to speak to clients face to face as well as on the phone and over email in an efficient and courteous manner. Booking/cashing out, changing appointments (etc), managing light housekeeping and maintaining an overall calming ambience in the spa is essential to the role. We also require you to have excellent time management skills and be able to multi task.
Our space is small and quaint and we have a tight knit group that work cohesively. Our vibe is chill and inclusive.
We require evening and weekend availability.
