Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service to all individuals interacting with the Front Desk
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or office management role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
