Front Office Receptionist / Admin Clerk

Remington Medical a Markham based company is seeking a bilingual, self motivated, energetic people-person to join our growing company as Receptionist/ Order entry clerk in the exciting and rewarding world of physical medicine.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, and relay calls to the relevant staff member using the switchboard.
• Order entry and walk-in customers.
• Assist in day-today office activities
• Assist with daily report activities and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and organize documentation for senior staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Motivated individual, with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.

What I need to become successful in this role.

• Three year’s experience in an administrative role.
• Engaging and a people-person. Positive outlook.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and exceptional interpersonal skills,
• French an asset
