Front Store Associate

Daily Front Store Operations:

• Merchandising/displaying products in the Front Store
• Receiving and replenishing inventory in the Front Store
• Maintains high-quality service program standards and ensures positive relationships with patients, customers and vendors.
• Effectively communicates relevant information to Front Store manager, such as stock and display issues.
• Works with Front Store Manager to implement loss prevention measures
• May order stock when requested and when approved by Front Store Manager
• Monitor and maintain pricing in POS
• Inventory checks and duties as assigned
• Monitor and maintain shelf tags as per FSM protocols
• Ensuring price changes are kept current
• Product rotation as required
• Removing expired products from shelves for quick sales
• Operating the till handling customer/patients purchases
• Daily and Weekly housekeeping; maintaining clean all work and rest areas

Education and Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma required
• Minimum one year of customer service experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
• Basic familiarity with electronic equipment, including but not limited to cash register, scanner, money counters, debit/credit machines)
• Very strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Communicates effectively at all levels.
• Takes initiative and exercises independent judgment.
• Very strong attention to details.
• Service excellence oriented

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.75-$20.17 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
