Fulfillment Department Manager (1 Year Contract)

The Canadian Spa Company manufactures and wholesales hot tubs, swim spas and outdoor accessories on a global scale to various merchants around the world. With over 45 years of experience in the hot tub industry, we have worked on perfecting and maintaining a highly valued product with a customer first attitude. Our immediate fulfillment approach has allowed us to succeed in this competitive marketplace while providing a quality brand that customers can trust in.

We are looking for a detail orientated individual to act as a Fulfillment Manager for our Fulfillment team, ensuring that they have the leadership and direction to perform their day to day tasks. This person must be knowledgeable of the supply chain industry, and have a basic understanding of ERP systems. They also must be customer service focused to assist with escalations and issues that occur upon delivery. Leadership skills are essential to make sure that their team's needs are met. This is to start as a 1 year contract position, with opportunities to grow within the company depending on success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the fulfillment operations of the team
- Coordinate and prioritize order entry and flow of orders as they are delivered to customers
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
- Supervise a team of procurement, freight specialists and order entry personnel
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain adequate stock levels
- Utilize our ERP system to track inventory, orders, and shipments
- Assist directly with escalations and order/delivery issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
- Fantastic customer service skills

Salary: $64,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
