Talent Department Inc. has been engaged to identify talent for a permanent Accounts Receivable and Billing Manager position.

Location: The company is located Downtown Toronto, ON and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee team of 4 individuals

- Approve and oversee the billing and payments process

- Answer internal or external questions and manage issues related to billing, credit and/or collections

- Reporting and analytics

- Continuous process improvement

Requirements:

- 7-10 years experience in Accounts Receivable roles with 2-4 years in a managerial position

- Minimum 2 years in WIP billing environment, examples include but aren't limited to: consulting, legal, engineering, advertising, software industries

- Tech savvy with MS Excel, accounting and e-billing software

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and people development skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
