Full-Time Data Collection Supervisor

A professional research company located in Orangeville Ontario is looking to find an on-siteData Collection Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising our Data Collection Telephone department. This full-time position requires someone with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends and will report directly to the Data Collection Manager while working collaboratively with other department supervisors.

The successful candidate will have:

- post-secondary certificate or degree or equivalent work experience

- strong organizational and communication skills

- ability to work with and lead a team

- proficiency in office programs such as Word and Excel

- some technical knowledge with the ability to learn and work in a variety of programs, software, and applications

- the ability to tackle challenges on the fly and adapt quickly and calmly

- an unmatched attention to detail

- a desire to grow and take on new challenges

Other attributes that would be considered an asset:

- supervisory experience

- customer service experience

- bilingual or multilingual (French/English preferred)

Job responsibilities include:

- hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff

- updating employee files

- understanding, updating, and implementing Call Centre protocols and policies

- conducting inbound/outbound telephone research interviews, as required
