The Grounds Guys Barrie has been the Premiere landscaping company in Barrie and surrounding area for the past 18 years. We are a full service, year round, property maintenance company. We are looking for a strong, organized, self sufficient individual to augment our team.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment and is able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

- Collections
- Data Entry
- Experience with Quick Books Online
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Work alone and as part of the team
- Landscaping or Construction background would be considered an asset
- Own transportation
- Answering phones and calling clients
- Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- 5 Years Minimum Experience Required
- Position is Part Time, 3 days/week. 8:30am-5:30pm. Days of the week are flexible.
- Compensation based on experience.
