Part Time Data Entry And Collections

The Grounds Guys Barrie has been the Premiere landscaping company in Barrie and surrounding area for the past 18 years. We are a full service, year round, property maintenance company. We are looking for a strong, organized, self sufficient individual to augment our team.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, thrive in a fast paced environment and is able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Job Requirements:

• Accounting Knowledge
• Collections
• Data Entry
• Experience with Quick Books Online
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Detail-oriented
• Work alone and as part of the team
• Landscaping or Construction background would be considered an asset
• Own transportation
• Answering phones and calling clients
• Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• 5 Years Minimum Experience Required
• Position is Part Time, 3 days/week. 8:30am-5:30pm. Days of the week are flexible.
• Compensation based on experience.
