Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Data Entry specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, assisting in customer inquiries and ensuring efficient data management to support our projects.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, architects, engineers, and designers.
Accurately input client information, project details, and communication logs into our CRM system or database.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Conduct regular audits of client records and project documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Proficient Data Entry skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.40-$25.90 per hour
