Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative for our tire store, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle incoming calls from customers who have inquiries or need assistance with their tire-related needs.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to tires, tire prices, availability, and services offered.
Providing accurate and detailed information to customers regarding tire brands, sizes, tread patterns, and performance characteristics to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Assisting customers with scheduling appointments for tire installations, rotations, balancing, and other tire maintenance services.
Collaborating closely with our tire technicians to ensure proper communication and coordination of customer requirements, tire inventory availability, and service timelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.40-$26.10 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
