Call Center Representative / Customer Service

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt assistance and superior service over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Greet clients warmly and inquire about their nail care needs and appointment preferences.
• Schedule appointments for clients based on their preferred dates, times, and service requirements.
• Accurately enter client information, appointment details, and service requests into the salon's booking system or CRM software.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $22.50-$26.60 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
