Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt assistance and superior service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Greet clients warmly and inquire about their nail care needs and appointment preferences.
- Schedule appointments for clients based on their preferred dates, times, and service requirements.
- Accurately enter client information, appointment details, and service requests into the salon's booking system or CRM software.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.50-$26.60 per hour
