We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain customer records with attention to detail
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
