Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with reservations, orders, and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our menu, reservations, specials, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing takeout orders, delivery orders, and reservations, accurately entering orders into our system and ensuring that all special requests and preferences are noted.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide support to customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.30-$26.10 per hour
