Call Center Representative

Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative for our Italian restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing orders, inquiring about menu items, and seeking assistance with reservations.

Responsibilities:

Order Taking:

• Receive and process customer orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery via phone and online platforms.
• Provide recommendations and upsell additional menu items.

Menu Inquiries:

• Assist customers with inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions.

Customer Assistance:

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about restaurant policies, hours of operation, and upcoming events.

Feedback Collection:

• Collect customer feedback regarding their dining experience and communicate it to the management team.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a proactive manner.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $23.20-$26.90 per hour
