Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative for our Italian restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing orders, inquiring about menu items, and seeking assistance with reservations.
Responsibilities:
Order Taking:
- Receive and process customer orders for dine-in, takeout, or delivery via phone and online platforms.
- Provide recommendations and upsell additional menu items.
Menu Inquiries:
- Assist customers with inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions.
Customer Assistance:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about restaurant policies, hours of operation, and upcoming events.
Feedback Collection:
- Collect customer feedback regarding their dining experience and communicate it to the management team.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a proactive manner.

- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $23.20-$26.90 per hour
