Job Overview:
As a Call Center Representative for our ski resort, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking information, assistance, and reservations. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, reservations, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about ski resort services, facilities, pricing, promotions, and events.
- Assist customers with booking lift tickets, ski lessons, equipment rentals, and accommodations.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with patience, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.40-$25.90 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
