Job Overview:
The Call Center Representative at our Bathroom and Toilet Renovation Company plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position involves answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Calls: Manage incoming calls from clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide Information: Educate customers about our renovation services, including bathroom and toilet remodeling options, pricing, and scheduling.
Schedule Appointments: Efficiently schedule appointments for consultations, estimates, and renovation work, coordinating with both customers and our internal team.
Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, service requests, and other relevant data.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive and customer-centric attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $22.60-$26.20 per hour
