As a Call Center Representative / Customer Service agent at our telecommunications company, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional Customer Service to individuals contacting the Call Center for assistance with telecommunications services.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide detailed information about telecommunications products, services, and promotions to potential and existing customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Verify customer account information, ensuring accuracy and security during interactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Comfortable in a computer-based environment with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $23.40-$26.80 per hour
