Job Description
-Answer incoming calls
-Technical Support
-New Customer Sign-Ups
-Take payments and apply them accordingly with accuracy
-Handle customer equipment pick-ups and drop-offs
Our agents do a bit of everything, we are a small company with a great team, the ideal candidate for this position would:
-Be Organized
-Pay attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
-Have sales experience (this an asset)

-Have great communication skills
-Be a self starter, that is motivated to complete tasks in detail.
- Have phone experience in customer service (this is a necessity)
-Work great as part of a team but also able to work individually
We are happy to train the right candidate if they are a good fit with our company.
Our current hours of operations are Monday to Friday 10 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM - 3 PM, you will be scheduled on any of the days that we are open.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
