WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Graphic Designer will assist in implementing effective branding and marketing strategies. The role is equal parts graphic design and administration work. Work duties vary day to day, with some consistent ongoing responsibilities, while frequent short-term projects add variety. The role can change over time to align with your strengths and interests. Your primary duties include but no limit to:
- Manage all social media accounts, which includes execution of strategy, creation of content calendar & activities, content creation, engagement, advertising campaigns and reporting results.
- Designing and revising property brochures, booklets, flyers, business cards, and other marketing collateral.
- Assisting with branding/brand identity design for the company’s partners and clients.
- Contributing to the company’s social media strategy.
- Editing/retouching existing assets (photographs, renderings, site plans, etc).
- Preparing graphics/imagery for monthly email newsletters.
- Coordinating with external vendors (e.g. printers, merchandisers) to produce marketing materials.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences and tradeshows
- Other design- and admin-related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design degree/diploma required
- Strong understanding of Adobe Suite.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal is essential
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated, and have an outstanding track record working across teams to deliver quality campaigns.
- High attention to detail, creativity and graphic design experience required
- Organized and capable of meeting multiple, concurrent deadlines; work with flexibility to meet short deadlines as necessary and easily adapt to changes in business needs.
- MS Office Suite working knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with videography, motion graphics and logo design is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
