Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Full-Time Photographer with exceptional organizational, business development sales and marketing abilities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in capturing stunning images but will also possess the leadership skills necessary to manage and oversee the operations of our photography studio.
Responsibilities:
- Photography:
- Produce high-quality, creative, and visually appealing photographs in various styles, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct photo shoots for a variety of purposes, including portraits, headshots, products, and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into photography work.
- Studio Management:
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the photography studio.
- Coordinate and schedule photo sessions, ensuring efficient use of studio resources.
- Manage equipment inventory, ensuring all cameras, lighting, and accessories are well-maintained and in working order.
- Oversee studio logistics, including set-up, cleanliness, and overall organization.
- Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on photography styles, settings, and concepts.
- Ensure a positive and professional client experience throughout the entire process.
- Post-Production:
- Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to enhance quality and meet client expectations.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow for post-production tasks.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials showcasing the studio's portfolio.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a diverse portfolio.
- Strong proficiency in photography equipment and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
