Job description
The Fund Processing Associate will be responsible for accurately administering a wide variety of transactional activities on-behalf of our clients. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing various transaction requests on client accounts in an accurate and timely manner.

Educational Background
• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate (K-12), or College Undergrad
• Customer Service/Contact Center Training and/or Certification is an advantage but not a requirement
• Financial literacy and understanding different financial instrument (i.e., mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etc), terminologies and terms, and transaction is a huge advantage
Career Experience
• For Junior level - At least a 1-year work experience is required, but having a background in a BPO or Contact Center industry handling a financial, banking, or wealth management account or client would be an advantage
• For Senior level - At least a 3-year work experience is required and should have a background in a BPO or Contact Center industry and 1-year experience in handling a financial, banking, or wealth management account
• For SME level - At least a 4-year work experience is required, and should have a background in BPO or Contact Center industry and 3-year experience in handling a financial, banking, or wealth management account
Work Arrangement and Schedule:
• Should be amenable to work onsite in Mckinley, Taguig (near Venice Mall), graveyard shift schedule, and PH holidays
Skills:
1. Ability to carry on basic conversation in English (verbal and written).
2. Good attention to detail.
3. Familiar with various account types used to save for financial goals.
4. Mutual Fund knowledge would be an asset.
5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Typing speeds greater than 65 WPM.
7. Commitment to continual learning.
8. Basic computer and internet literacy.
