Gas Station Attendant/Cashier

We are a Travel Center not just a gas bar. Busy Site. Gas, Diesel Sales, Showers, Coffee Center, & Convenience Store.

11pm to 7am 4 days on 4 days off rotating the entire year. You will know what you will be scheduled for the entire year head.

Hands on training during day shift 7 to 3 and afternoon shifts 3 to 11

We are open 365 days a year, therefore some holidays and weekends are within your rotation of your 4 days. If your rotation of your 4 days lands on the weekend or holiday (example Christmas or Easter) you would be expected to work those nights.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all travel center customers
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Interior and Exterior cleaning of all fore court (sweep when needed and shovel or salt when need, where customers would walk), change garbages, and windshield wash stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store shelving, dusting and washing
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Cleaning of showers and bathrooms after use
- Promote special offers and upsell products, Offer our Promotional Point Cards

- On line Training completed within first 24 hours of hire

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and POS is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
