General Accountant

Trillium Sales Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information through diligent accounting practices. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including but not limited to:

Financial Recordkeeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Record financial transactions and ensure proper classification.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process invoices, verify expenses, and manage payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.

Payroll:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee details, earnings, and deductions

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
• Monitor cash flow and report any irregularities.

Financial Reporting:

• Generate various financial reports for management review.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation.

Taxation:

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws that may impact the organization.

Cash Management:

• Monitoring and maintaining of cash flow in the organization

Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
