```Responsibilities``` - Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. - Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. - Interpret and review blueprints to ensure accurate construction. - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors. - Estimate costs, negotiate contracts, and set budgets for projects. - Utilize a variety of power tools for construction tasks. - Perform various construction tasks such as flooring installation, masonry, tile laying, concrete finishing, carpentry work, electrical work, etc. ```Qualifications``` - Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role in the construction industry. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. - Strong knowledge of various construction methods and materials. - Ability to operate a wide range of power tools effectively. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
