General Kitchen Helper

Requirements:

- At least 1 year experience working in a kitchen
- Food Safety Certificate
- Drivers license (job will be split between 2 locations in Kanata & Richmond)
- Have own transportation
- Able to pass a government clearance check

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Help with meal preparation and plating
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food service operations
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and utensils safely
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
