General Labourer

Role and Responsibilities

To assist the shipyard service operations by contributing to the productivity of the service team. Contribute to completing the jobs on time, working to the best of their ability, and using time and equipment effectively. The goal is a high quality product under efficient timelines.

· Assist with any general labour in the marina ship yard

· Perform basic and physical tasks such as loading/unloading material, tools, and equipment on and off trucks and vessels

· Working with vessels and equipment

· Basic PPE required

· Clean vessels, piers, docks, and other work areas

· Sort lumber, metals, and other material

· Transport materials and tools to worksites

· Care for tools and equipment by performing end-of-day clean-up and re-shelving

· Any other general tasks required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year
