Summary
The Labourer will need to carry out different tasks as assigned by the Manager throughout the day. The preferred candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the capability to anticipate and arrange equipment and tasks effectively for optimal productivity.
The successful candidate must have the flexibility to work both days and evenings.
This role can lead into a full-time position, based on the operational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain shop and yard cleanliness
Loading trucks and trailers
Offloading trucks and trailers
Snow removal
Weed whacking and maintenance of grounds in the summer months
Ensure safety is upheld at all times
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Valid Class 3A Driver’s License and a clean driving abstract.
Skid steer operating experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and communication skills.
Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record for success.
Reliable team player that is supportive of co-workers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
