Matrixset Investment Corporation is a fast growing, Mineral Exploration Company based out of Richmond, BC. We are currently looking to hire the right candidate for a full-time position as a General Office Assistant.
Some of your duties will include:
- Monitoring and general upkeep of front desk
- Basic office tasks such as sorting and filing paperwork and documents
- Answering and directing telephone, email and front desk deliveries
- Handling mail and courier deliveries
- Managing printer and copier machines
- Some assistance to other departments as needed
- Ordering office supplies and equipment
- Various administrative duties and projects to be discussed
Qualification:
- Minimum high school graduate
- Strong communication both verbal and written
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn/ Strong work ethic
- Able to cooperate with others in a diverse team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Great at multitasking
- Positive attitude
Work experience:
- Office Assistant (1 year of experience preferred)
Compensation:
- To be determined based on qualifications and attributes
Language:
- Fluent English (required)
Recommend:
- Valid BC drivers license (commuting to and from work) - transit options are minimal
