We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. As an Office & Warehouse Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist with various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet walk in customers and assist with purchase
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
-Assist with shipping & receiving when required
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Experience:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
