Job description

### Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join our team. As a Junior Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our office. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional office setting.

### Duties:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Provide support to other team members as needed

### Experience:

- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and Project management software
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls

-Familiar with Residential Low Rise Home Construction and Design and Build General Contracting Industry
