Cobble Beach is Georgian Bay’s extraordinary waterfront golf resort community. This prestigious community has been designed as a four-season resort, with a selection of amenities embracing the Georgian Bay environment. Cobble Beach Golf Links is a first class golf facility designed by Doug Carrick, that opened in 2007. Since then, the community has flourished with numerous homes and townhouses built, US Open style tennis courts, a plunge pool, a day-dock, and 18 km of trails. Responsibilities
· General labour duties on the Golf Course as well as parks, amenities, and other property landscape
· Heavy-light equipment operation in a safe manner
· Learn and aid in agronomic practices throughout the Golf Course and the property
· Maintain shop/equipment cleanliness to Cobble Beach’s operating standards
· Repetitive tasks
Requirements
· Above all else, have integrity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn each day
· Thrive working independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented department
· Previous Golf Course or property maintenance experience is an asset but not a requirement
· Detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
· Can meet the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 55lbs
· CSA Approved work shoes/boots and professional appearance
· Are willing and able to work in all weather conditions (heat/humidity, rain, snow)
· All positions will be required to work early mornings, some weekends, and some statutory holidays
· Transportation to and from work daily
